Meet our team
Sam first started with DGM in March, 1998 and after a stint overseas came back to DGM as the General Manager in 2011. Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to the DGM team.
You’ll see Russell in the classroom more than in the office, but he knows the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations like the back of his hand. Read more about Russell here.
Ethan has been with the company since 2008, and this wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry ensures your consignments are met with 100% compliance.
Paislee joined the team in 2011 after completing a BBS and BRS in Hawkes Bay. She is responsible for the company’s production, orders, exports and our website.
Most our clients will know Kim as she heads door to door to say hello (sometimes with donuts in hand). If you’d like a sample of products give her a call and she’ll stop by.

As Ethan’s right hand man, Ryan has become an integral part of the Operations team ensuring our clients can relax when it comes to their DG consignments.
Although Daniel’s been here almost a year that’s short term when it comes to our team. He’s well on his way to knowing the in’s and out’s of the dangerous goods industry.
Ashvir has primarily been based at our Highbrook location taking care of all the mis-packaged dangerous goods sent incorrectly by the public through road freight.
