RYAN WATSON
Business Manager - Operations
As one of DGM’s longest serving team members Ryan’s been part of the DGM journey for over a decade. If you’ve been in the DG industry for a while, chances are you’ve crossed paths with him. Over the years, Ryan has built extensive industry knowledge, and specialist expertise, becoming a trusted and familiar face in the industry. Today he leads DGM’s Certification and Courier Consultancy Services, ensuring dangerous goods transport compliance at the highest level.

PAISLEE ADAMS
Business Manager - Training & Global BDM
Paislee has been part of the DGM team for 15 years, bringing extensive experience accross customer relationships, training and operational management. As Training Manager, she oversees the day-to-day running of DGM’s Training team, supporting the delivery and development of dangerous goods training. Paislee also leads DGM’s Bio-Bottle packaging business, providing solutions for the safe transport of infectious subtances.

TOUZELLE BATKIN
DGM Trainer
Touzelle joined DGM in 2016 after experience in the freight industry, and MPI. She has also worked as a laboratory technician and vet nurse. Touzelle obtained IATA Trainer accreditation in Singapore, and facilitates our training courses for dangerous goods by air, sea and road, including D Endorsement, as well as Radioactive Material, Infectious Substances and Regulated Air Cargo Agent.

RUSSELL HAY
DGM Trainer
You’ll see Russell in the classroom more than in the office, but he knows the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations like the back of his hand. Russell is well known in the DG community as a leader in the field.

BARBARA HOWARTH
Training Administrator
Barbara joined DGM mid-2017 and quickly became an invaluable part of the Training department. If you’re interested in booking an onsite course she’s the one you want to call.

ALINA GEORGE
Sales and Logistics Specialist
Alina has previous experience in administration and the biotechnolgy field through her studies and work experience. Call Alina for placing orders of DG labels or packaging and bio-bottle packaging.

JAIME SILVESTER
Certification Services Supervisor
Jaime has quickly become a part of the team and his bubbly personality is infectious (in a good way). We’re sure you love his smile as much as we do! Jaime assists clients daily for their DG consignments.

DOMINIC PARKER
Courier Consultancy Supervisor
Dom has spent over seven years in DGM’s Courier Consultancy team and leads the department as Supervisor. Working closely with New Zealand’s largest courier networks, he has developed extensive knowledge of how DG freight is handled and moved throughout New Zealand and internationally. A true DG courier network guru, Dom’s specialist knowledge makes him a valuable source of expertise for both DGM and our customers.

APOLLO TO'OFOHE
DG Specialist
Originally part of DGM’s Courier Consultancy team, Apollo made the move into Certification Services and has since become the “backbone” of the team. Working across all aspects of the department, he helps keep jobs on track, everything running smoothly behind the scenes and customers are helped every step of the way. With a strong focus on compliance and customer support, Apollo plays a key role in making sure the team gets it done.

KALE KACZMAR
DG Specialist
Kale is a key part of DGM’s Certification Services team, as well as the team’s resident ‘Wahs’ supporter. A familiar face to many of our customers, you’ll often find him out and about in the DGM van, helping customers onsite and getting their DG’s sorted. With plenty of hands on experience, Kale makes sure our customers are well looked after and their dangerous goods shipments are certified, compliant, safe and ready to go.
