Regulated Air Cargo Agent Security Awareness: 30 July 2018

This course provides the most practical and comprehensive 1/2 day course available for those needing certification and training as part of the CAA Rule Part 109 as they apply to the Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA), Known and Unknown Customer or Authorised Driver in accordance with the requirements to be enforced from 9th April 2009. In addition to this course attendees requiring authorisation must apply for a Security Check Determination as part of the Regulated Air Cargo Agent authorisation process.

Certificate awarded:
On successful completion of this course the attendee will be awarded a Regulated Air Cargo Agent Security Training Course certification as specified in Civil Aviation Rule Part 109.63.  This training certificate will be valid for a three year term.  Dangerous Goods Management will also issue an ID Card as a part of training certification.

Course refreshments:
Arrival tea/coffee and morning tea will be provided.  Dietary requirements can be accommodated within the morning tea – please advise within your online booking from the options provided (None; Vegetarian; Gluten-free; Dairy-free).

Cancellation terms:
Should a course transfer be required, this will be provided free of charge for the first transfer only, ensuring advised prior to 7 days before the course.  All subsequent transfers for a course booking will result in a $30+GST administration fee under the same conditions. Course attendance must be completed within six months of the initial booking.

Cancellations or course transfers made on or after Monday, 23rd July 2018 will be subject to a $100+GST cancellation/transfer fee. Cancellations/transfers within 48 hours of the course date or non-attendance, once registered, without notification will incur full course cost.
