By publishing the IATA Unit Load Device Regulations (ULDR), IATA places a performance standard for the aircraft industry to ensure all aircraft ULDs installed aboard an aircraft are in a good condition to meet specific regulatory requirements. These Regulations define the responsibilities of all the parties, including the ULD Owners and Operators. This publication is effective from 1st January, 2024 to 31st December, 2024.
